Humans like us tend to have foods that we consider “superfoods” that are super healthy for your bodies. They’re chock full of vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fats, and loads of other nutrients that we need to keep moving throughout the day! However, you might ask if your furry friend can have some of these foods! While they can’t necessarily eat the exact foods we can, here’s a list of fruits, vegetables and other food that is amazing for your best friend’s health!

Salmon is a fatty fish, meaning it’s packed full of omega-3, omega-6, and other fatty acids that can help your pup! Omega-3 and omega-6 are known to help your furry friend’s fur and skin, which can help them a lot! If your pup’s coat is dulling or if they have dry skin, feeding them salmon may be all you need to help you pup!

If you feed your pup a raw food diet, it’s highly recommended to switch meats and proteins every day to ensure they don’t accidentally overdose on too many good things. Since your pup’s body is so small, there is a possibility your furry friend can overdose on fatty acids! However, once in a while, having salmon won’t harm your pup at all.
