Belle
I am a shy little girl and I have just started to come out of my shell. I am very lucky that ECC decided to take me "home", as I know the shelter where I ended up would not have held on to me for very long. I was very nervous when I came here, as I had not been around very many people. I really like other cats and enjoy my friends here. I am starting to feel more comfortable with people, and am learning to enjoy my daily snuggles. I'm glad to be alive and able to spend my days watching the world go by.

Bob
I came to Every Creature Counts after being found as a stray by local Animal Control. My most recent memories are of being on the street, scared and alone. I am Leukemia positive, so I most surely would not have been spared by the shelter. Luckily, ECC found me and I am now living at the sanctuary, with my other Leukemia positive friends. I am a bit of a loner - I keep to myself a lot - I think that's because I am so wanting to find somewhere that is really mine. I love to watch what goes on outside and am very curious. I do love to be pet and loved on, but I will sit back and wait for people to come to me. I think I would be much more outgoing if I found that special place to call my own. Overall, I am a healthy guy looking forward to a long life with some who really cares.

Jackie
I actually have the exact same history as Bob, being found as a stray and brought to a local shelter. Now I live at Every Creature Counts with my other Leukemia positive friends. I am a bit on the shy side and sometimes I like to hide when people come to visit. I do like attention, it just takes me awhile to feel comfortable and safe. I don't mind living with my buds here, but I think I would be happier if I could be the only cat, or maybe just share my space with one other furry friend. I am a special girl, looking for a special place to belong.

Milton
I have been living at Every Creature Counts for awhile now and really enjoy my "home". I have lots of comfy beds and an enclosed outdoor area where I can spend hours gazing at birds, bunnies, and whatever else may pass by. I have had Leukemia since birth, so unfortunately that means I may not have a really long life, like I should. I'm a healthy guy now though and love my days filled with lounging about, playing with my friends, and visiting with my people pals that give me lots of love and attention. I am looking a Lifetime Guardian that would send me little treats and think of me often. I am very content where I live, but would be so happy to know that I was someone's special guy.

Phoebe
I too live at Every Creature Counts with my Leukemia positive friends. I'm a little shy, like Jackie, but boy, do I love love love attention. I love to peek my head over the edge of my bed when I hear someone coming and get ready for lots of loving. I'm more mellow than the boys here but I do like to explore and check things out. I like to see what's going on outside and make sure I'm up to speed with everyone's whereabouts. I am a lover girl and like my kitty friends but love when people spend time with me. I would make a great companion and friend for that very special someone that understands me.

Seymore
I am a mischievous guy, looking for a partner in crime. I am also Leukemia positive and living at Every Creature Counts. I love to birdwatch and am very curious like Bob. I love to know what's going on at all times and really enjoy exploring. I love to have visitors and will let you pet me for hours, if you are so inclined. I am comfortable here with my pals but would really prefer to live in a real home where I can spend my days ruling the roost and making sure everyone knows I'm around. I'm an energetic, outgoing guy ~ looking for love.
