Meet our Residents: FIV + Cats
Thank you for taking the time to meet our resident animals.
Below are our FIV positive residents. Unfortunately, FIV cats are not typically considered
"adoptable", due to the stigma associated with this disease. FIV positive cats are wonderful creatures,
looking for a second chance. Please click here to learn more about FIV.

Adam Adam came to us from a local shelter, after being found as a stray. He has been a resident for less than a year, but has made himself right at home. Adam is a quiet, reserved guy that keeps to himself quite a bit, but has started to come out of his shell lately, and is actually a big talker! Adam greets anyone who visits with a friendly "meow!" and an eager stare. He loves to have his head scratched and indulges us as we carry him around. Adam enjoys the other cats but is definitely on the shyer side, preferring human-attention. Resident since: December 2005 |

Hawk Hawk is our newest resident, coming to us from a shelter where he came in as a stray. Hawk has moved right in and has quickly located his favorite napping spots, sharing the cozy corners with a few of his new friends. He enjoys sunny days, where he suns himself outside in the cat yard. Hawk is a big kitty, with an even bigger heart. He loves any special attention he gets and is eager for a head scratch or a nuzzle. Resident since: January 2007 |

Magic Magic is a beautiful soul that came through a local shelter after being attacked by a dog. His cuts and bruises have healed and he makes himself at home with his new friends. Magic is a quiet guy and likes to keep to himself for the most part. He is content snuggling up is his favorite cat bed but perks right up whenever someone is nearby. Magic absolutely adores attention and loves to be pet for as long as anyone has time. He is an earnest cat, ready and willing to be anyone's friend. Resident since: November 2006 |

Tommy Tommy is certainly a character and has been a resident for quite some time. He also came to us from a local shelter, and has been making himself at home here for many years. Tommy loves to chat and talk and isn't shy about letting everyone know how he feels. He is very easy-going and likes to spend his days watching over the other cats and making sure everyone behaves. Tommy loves any special attention he receives - a few minutes of scratching or brushing will make his day. Tommy is a wonderful cat and we know would make someone a great companion. We are happy to know Tommy, but wish he had an opportunity to find a true home. Resident since: June 2005 |
